European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen greeted U.S. Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg in Brussels. The Kremlin stated that it respects Ukraine’s sovereign right to decide on joining the European Union and does not intend to influence Kyiv’s decision-making process.
