UK borrowing costs dropped significantly on Wednesday, driven by lower consumer inflation data in both the UK and the US. The yield on 10-year UK government bonds decreased by 16 basis points to 4.727%, marking its first daily decline since December 31. Additionally, the yields on 2-year and 30-year UK bonds also fell by 15 basis points each, following concerns over the country’s growth outlook and debt load.
