In 2024, the UAE’s stock markets, including the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange and the Dubai Financial Market, experienced significant growth in market cap and trading volumes, driven by a strong economy, foreign investments, and IPOs. The combined market cap of both markets exceeded AED3.905 trillion, with the ADX reaching AED2.998 trillion and the DFM rising to AED906.912 billion. Trading value surpassed AED449 billion, with over 142 billion shares traded throughout the year, solidifying the UAE’s position as a leading investment destination in the region.
