Two Prisoners Remain at Large After Accidental Release in 2024

Four prisoners are still at large after being mistakenly released from custody, with two having escaped in 2024 and another two in June 2023. This follows recent incidents where two additional inmates were accidentally freed from HMP Wandsworth. One of them, Brahim Kaddour-Cherif, was found after over a week on the run, while William ‘Billy’ Smith voluntarily returned shortly after his release. Authorities are still searching for the remaining escaped prisoners.
