Two men in their 20s died following a two-vehicle crash at the Rayleigh Spur roundabout in Essex, with one victim pronounced dead at the scene and the other later in hospital. Two men from Barking, aged 23 and 24, were arrested on suspicion of causing death and serious injury by dangerous driving; they have since been released on bail as the investigation continues.
