Tabletop game companies sue Trump to stop tariffs

A group of American tabletop game makers and small businesses filed a lawsuit against President Trump, claiming the 145% tariffs on Chinese imports are “unlawful and unconstitutional,” negatively impacting their operations. Plaintiffs include Stonemaier Games, which faces millions in tariffs, as well as Spielcraft Games, Rookie Mage Games, XYZ Game Labs, and Tinkerhouse, all detailing significant tariff payments or future liabilities on imports. This lawsuit, filed with the US Court of International Trade, adds to a growing list of legal challenges against the tariffs, amidst speculation about potential reductions by the administration.
