A group of American tabletop game makers and small businesses filed a lawsuit against President Trump, claiming the 145% tariffs on Chinese imports are “unlawful and unconstitutional,” negatively impacting their operations. Plaintiffs include Stonemaier Games, which faces millions in tariffs, as well as Spielcraft Games, Rookie Mage Games, XYZ Game Labs, and Tinkerhouse, all detailing significant tariff payments or future liabilities on imports.
