Following a 30-day halt on energy attacks agreed upon by Putin and Trump, air attacks on civilian and energy targets continue in Ukraine and Russia, with both countries trading blame. While the US and Russia aim to expand bilateral relations and work towards peace in the Middle East, Putin lays down conditions for a ceasefire in Ukraine, including concerns about Ukrainian rearmament and a call for a cessation of foreign military aid to Ukraine.
