Those seeking to emigrate to the US now face stricter visa restrictions, with the Trump administration targeting overweight applicants who may require public assistance for medical care. U.S. consulates are reportedly instructed to deny visas to those with obesity and related health issues, citing potential burdens on taxpayers.
