Federal authorities in New York have indicted Hector Rusthenford Guerrero Flores, the alleged leader of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, on multiple charges including racketeering, conspiracy to support terrorism, and drug trafficking. Known as “Niño Guerrero,” he is accused of orchestrating violent crimes such as murders and kidnappings across the Americas while maintaining control of the gang from prison. Prosecutors claim he collaborated with narcotics traffickers and utilized advanced weaponry to facilitate drug importation into the U.S. If convicted, he faces life imprisonment.
