Heathrow Airport in London resumed full operations after a fire at an electrical substation halted activities, disrupting global travel. The cause of the fire in western London was being investigated, with no suspicion of foul play. While flights were added to accommodate extra passengers, delays were expected as airlines worked to return to normal schedules after more than a thousand flights were diverted due to the disruption.
