Mexico’s Navy reported that a train carrying 250 people derailed partially near Nizanda in Oaxaca, resulting in at least 13 fatalities and 98 injuries. The Interoceanic Train, connecting Oaxaca and Veracruz, went off the rails on a curve, with nine crew members and 241 passengers on board.
