Tsakani resident Pule Tjaoana secured third place in the veteran men’s 8km race at the SA cross-country championships, finishing with a time of 25:00 to claim the bronze. Representing CGA, he battled through challenging weather conditions to become Kwatsaduza’s sole individual medalist. Tjaoana’s teammate, Jonas Makhele, took the national title with a time of 24:20, while Renier Grobler also performed well in the competition.
