Three-time Pro Bowl tight end Zach Ertz has re-signed with the Washington Commanders on a one-year deal worth $6.25 million, with a maximum value of $9 million. Ertz had a career resurgence last season with the Commanders, recording 66 catches for 654 yards and seven touchdowns, ranking fifth in receptions among tight ends and fourth in touchdown catches. Ertz, who previously played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Arizona Cardinals, needs 34 receptions to move into fifth on the all-time tight end receptions list.
