Three people killed in Russian drone and missile strike on Ukraine’s capital Kyiv

Russian forces launched a combined drone and missile strike on Kyiv, killing three people and damaging a shopping mall, business centre, and metro station. Additional attacks in the south killed three more individuals. Ukrainian air defences intercepted missiles aimed at Kyiv, while the military destroyed drones and missiles launched across the country. President Zelenskyy called for unity against Russian aggression, as Moscow denies targeting civilians in the ongoing conflict.
