Hunter Woodhall, the reigning 400m men’s T62 Paralympic champion, recently underwent emergency surgery for an enlarged appendix. He credited his Oura ring for alerting him to the severity of his symptoms, potentially saving his life. Woodhall, a five-time Paralympic and two-time World Championships medalist, is now recovering and preparing for the 2025 season after a successful 2024 campaign.
