Record numbers of families in the UK are ignoring fines by taking term-time holidays, with nearly 492,000 penalty notices issued last year, primarily for unauthorized absences. This initiative, part of a campaign by On the Beach, aims to make holidays more affordable while maintaining high school attendance rates.
