Sarb Athwal courageously wrote a letter to the police detailing a meeting where her brother-in-law and mother-in-law planned to murder her sister-in-law, Surjit, during a trip to India. Despite her fears of family repercussions, Sarb revealed the truth years later, leading to a renewed police investigation.
