The IDF stated that Hezbollah has turned southern Lebanon into a launch pad for attacks against Israel, deliberately placing their military assets within civilian homes to protect themselves. This tactic is used by Hezbollah to shield its weapons from Israeli airstrikes, according to the IDF.
