Kensington Palace Gardens in west London is an exclusive street known as “Billionaires Row” with homes starting at £150 million. The tree-lined avenue is guarded by sentry boxes and features Italianate and Queen Anne style houses, with some owned by national embassies. Notable residents include the Prince and Princess of Wales, while some properties have been renovated by the Crown Estate and sold to private buyers, such as Indian steel tycoon Lakshmi Mittal who purchased a property for £57 million in 2004.
