Her mother, Anita Augustine, criticized the company for promoting excessive work in an email to India boss Rajiv Memani, highlighting the gap between work expectations and employee well-being. The Chartered Accountant’s death has sparked concerns about the effects of work stress on employees and the need for better work-life balance in the corporate world.
