The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025 showcased new TV models from top brands like LG, TCL, Samsung, Displace, and Hisense, featuring updated OLED and QD-Mini LED panels, enhanced picture and audio processing, and innovative features like wireless connectivity and battery-powered operation. LG’s G5 OLED offers a 165Hz refresh rate and support for Nvidia G-Sync and AMD FreeSync, while TCL’s QM6K boasts color accuracy and contrast comparable to flagship OLED models with a 144Hz refresh rate. Samsung introduced the S95F OLED TV with improved brightness, color accuracy, and detailing, along with a 165Hz refresh rate and AI-assisted processor for faster app loading. Displace’s Basic TV is the first truly wireless option available in 27- and 55-inch sizes, while Hisense’s 116UX offers a massive 116-inch screen with RGB optical lenses, local dimming, 10,000 nits peak brightness, and Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision IQ for enhanced sound and contrast.
