Australian Oscar Nominees Announced

Rose Byrne and Jacob Elordi are leading Australia’s representation at the Oscars, with the horror-musical Sinners receiving a record 16 nominations, including best visual effects for Guido Wolter. Byrne is nominated for best actress for If I Had Legs I’d Kick You and will present an award, while Elordi is up for Best Supporting Actor for Frankenstein. Australia’s nominations also include Fiona Crombie for production design and Nick Cave for best original song, as Sinners and One Battle After Another vie for Best Picture.
