Thai Workers Return Home From Gaza After 15 Months in Captivity – The Diplomat

Five Thai workers, previously held hostage by Hamas, have returned to Bangkok after being freed as part of an exchange with Israel. The men were welcomed by their families at the airport and expressed gratitude for their return, with the Thai government also expressing thanks to all involved in the process. The remaining hostage, Pinta Nattapong, continues to be held by Hamas as regional criticism of U.S. President Trump’s plan to take over Gaza and create economic development grows.
