TGI Fridays is overhauling 85% of its menu as part of a comeback strategy following bankruptcy and the closure of over 100 locations. The chain’s new CEO, Ray Blanchette, emphasized enhancing flavors, with revamped items like mozzarella sticks available in new sauces and the introduction of items such as the Big Queso Energy Burger and Loaded Tots. TGI Fridays is also launching seven new drinks while aiming to maintain its 89 remaining locations across the U.S., which are now managed by franchisees with an advisory board.
