Texas man believed to be witness now arrested for murder in apparent road rage shooting

Jacob Daniel Serna, initially interviewed as a witness in a murder case, has now been arrested over a year later for the murder of Joseph Banales in a road rage incident. The incident occurred on April 15, 2023, in Selma, Texas, where Banales was found shot in the head in a single-car crash. Serna, 29, was arrested by police in Selma, located near San Antonio.
