A federal judge dismissed trademark claims against Tesla and Warner Bros. in a lawsuit by Alcon Entertainment, the company behind Blade Runner 2049, but allowed copyright infringement claims against Tesla for using AI-generated images from the movie without permission. This ruling allows Alcon to pursue legal action against Tesla for allegedly mimicking scenes from Blade Runner 2049, while dismissing claims related to trademarks.
