Muhammad Shahzeb Khan, a Pakistani national accused of planning a terror attack against a Jewish centre in Brooklyn, New York, was arrested in Ormstown, Quebec, along with three others. He will remain in Bordeaux prison while U.S. authorities gather evidence for an extradition request.
