Feds decline to share evidence in Alex Pretti case
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Minnesota’s Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) has expressed concern over the FBI’s refusal to share evidence related to the killing of Alex Pretti, which occurred during a federal operation in January. The BCA has also faced similar challenges in obtaining information about the federal killings of Renee Good and a Venezuelan national. Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty plans to formally request evidence from federal agencies, while Pretti’s family advocates for a joint investigation. A recent report accused the Trump administration of attempting to cover up misconduct in these cases.
