Boba Fett will not appear in the upcoming film The Mandalorian and Grogu, as actor Temuera Morrison revealed his character has been “shelved” for now. Fans last saw Boba Fett in The Book of Boba Fett, which aired in 2021. While Morrison previously encouraged support for his return, he acknowledged that Lucasfilm currently has no plans for the character. The Mandalorian and Grogu is set to release in theaters on May 22, focusing on Din Djarin and his companion Grogu.
