The power generated will cover around 70% of their daily energy use initially, with plans to reach 100%, saving around $65,000 to $70,000 of their $110,000 annual power bill. This innovative approach aligns with their commitment to sustainability, with previous initiatives recognized in environmental awards and efforts to achieve a carbon-neutral commercial pig farming sector by 2050.
