A man previously convicted of supporting ISIS, Mohammed Bailor Jalloh, was responsible for a shooting at Old Dominion University that resulted in one death and two injuries. Jalloh, 36, was killed during the incident after reportedly shouting “Allahu Akbar.” He had a history of attempting to provide material support to terrorist organizations and was released from prison in 2024 after serving time for related charges. The FBI is investigating the shooting as an act of terrorism.
