Ecuador’s President Daniel Noboa vowed not to shield anyone linked to the disappearance of four children in Guayaquil, with surveillance footage showing military men taking two of the missing kids. The Attorney General’s Office raided an air force base and seized vehicles and cellphones of soldiers involved in an operation on the day the children went missing. Human rights groups demand a thorough investigation and prosecution of any military personnel implicated in the case.
