SUPERMAN Actress Isabela Merced Talks About Playing Hawkgirl and How Her Experience Differed From MADAME WEB

Isabela Merced, known for her roles in blockbusters, recently starred in the 2024 film Madame Web before joining the cast of DC’s upcoming Superman. Merced described her challenging experience in a tight super suit for Madame Web, but found a more positive and adrenaline-filled experience while filming Superman alongside David Corenswet, Nicholas Hoult, and Rachel Brosnahan. Scheduled for a theatrical release on July 11, 2025, Superman is part of DC Studios’ Gods and Monsters: Part 1, featuring a star-studded cast including Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl and Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner.
