A senior Sudanese diplomat has accused the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) of war crimes in North Darfur, following survivor accounts of mass killings and sexual assault after the RSF seized el-Fasher. Sudan’s ambassador to Egypt, Imadeldin Mustafa Adawi, also accused the UAE of supporting the RSF, a claim the UAE denies. Sudan’s Prime Minister called for international trials for RSF members but rejected foreign troop deployments. The Sudanese government urges immediate international action as thousands remain trapped and unaccounted for in el-Fasher amid escalating violence.
