VfB Stuttgart is set to finalize the signing of 18-year-old winger Lazar Jovanovic from Serbian champions Crvena Zvezda for a fee of €5 million, with an additional €1 million in potential add-ons. Jovanovic, who had a loan spell at OFK Belgrade last season where he scored four goals and provided one assist in 15 matches, is expected to undergo a medical and sign his contract soon.
