Stranded astronauts almost home as splashdown time revealed

A live-stream from NASA showed the SpaceX shuttle splashing down off the coast of Tallahassee, Florida, US, with the crew celebrating the successful landing. The four astronauts aboard were welcomed home by the ground crew, with recovery boats testing for hypergolic fumes before beginning the process of preparing the vessel for removal from the ocean. The astronauts, including Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams, spent a prolonged mission aboard the International Space Station, setting new records and conducting experiments before safely returning to Earth.
