Bank of America has proposed a non-binding settlement in a class-action lawsuit alleging it facilitated Jeffrey Epstein’s trafficking operation by providing financial support and ignoring suspicious transactions. The settlement terms remain undisclosed and require federal court approval. A hearing is set for April 2.
