DOJ reviewing potential withholding of Epstein-related reports

The Department of Justice is reviewing whether some interview reports related to Jeffrey Epstein were improperly tagged and omitted from public releases. This follows allegations by Rep. Robert Garcia that documents concerning a witness who accused Donald Trump of sexual assault as a minor were withheld. The DOJ has committed to releasing any documents found to be improperly tagged while maintaining that all responsive materials have been produced, barring duplicates or ongoing investigations.
