Peter Mandelson arrested for misconduct amid Epstein files investigation

Lord Peter Mandelson has been arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office. The Metropolitan Police confirmed that a 72-year-old man was detained at a Camden address and taken to a London police station for questioning, following search warrants executed at two locations in Wiltshire and Camden. Although police did not name Mandelson, he was seen being escorted from his home. Mandelson previously served as the U.K. ambassador to the United States.
