Two winter storms are expected to impact the Northeast this week, bringing significant snow and strong winds. Snow will start in upstate New York and New England on Friday, with Boston forecasted to receive 2-3 inches, while northern New York and parts of Vermont and New Hampshire may see around 6 inches. Coastal flooding is a concern due to high tides and strong winds along the Mid-Atlantic coast, with potential for 6+ inches of snow from Washington, D.C. to Philadelphia. Snow in New York City is also anticipated, with accumulations likely under 6 inches, starting Sunday morning and continuing through Monday evening.
