U.S. surfer Kurt Van Dyke, 66, was found murdered in Costa Rica, having been strangled and stabbed multiple times in an apartment in Cahuita Limon. Police responded to a call about an armed break-in, discovering his body under a bed, covered with a sheet. A woman present during the attack survived with non-life-threatening injuries, while two suspects fled the scene after stealing Van Dyke’s car. No arrests have been made, and authorities are reviewing CCTV footage as part of their investigation.
