Attorneys for many survivors of Jeffrey Epstein have reported that names and identifying details of several victims were unredacted in a recent release of Department of Justice files. The DOJ is making available three million pages of documents, but some sensitive material, including victim information and medical files, has been withheld. Victims’ lawyers have begun receiving calls from clients concerned about their names being publicly disclosed. The DOJ is reviewing documents to address these errors, but the release follows the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
