Trump’s Board of Peace Encounters Challenges from Allies

President Donald Trump is set to hold a signing ceremony for the Gaza Board of Peace while attending the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. Announced recently, the board aims to oversee the reconstruction of Gaza; however, the draft charter lacks direct references to the region, leading to skepticism among officials. Invitations have been sent to several countries, including Israel and Turkey, though many leaders hesitate to endorse the initiative publicly. The U.S. is expected to announce the official board members soon.
