A New Jersey man is facing murder and arson charges for allegedly striking another man with an arrow and setting fires while barricading himself in his Kearny residence. The victim, Pablo Criollo, was pronounced dead after being found injured. SWAT teams responded to the scene, where Oscar Feijoo ignited fires and was eventually taken into custody armed with knives. Feijoo is charged with murder, aggravated arson, and unlawful possession of a weapon.
