A 65-year-old man died after slipping over the edge of the Grand Canyon and falling more than 100 feet at Guano Point on November 7, 2025, as reported by the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office. The man was found approximately 130 feet down on a pile of rock fragments, and technical rope technicians were involved in the recovery of his body. The Hualapai Nation Police Department and other local authorities assisted in the operation. His identity has not been disclosed.
