Nor’easter to Bring Rain and Winds to East Coast

A mid-October nor’easter is intensifying along the East Coast, expected to bring 1 to 3 inches of rain and wind gusts of 20 to 40 mph, with coastal areas seeing more than 4 inches and gusts up to 60 mph. Over 21 million people are under coastal flood warnings, with major flooding and power outages likely through early next week.
