Irish Police Look Into Drone Sightings During Zelenskyy Visit
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Irish police are investigating drone sightings during Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s visit to Dublin, where he met with government officials and addressed the Oireachtas. Unidentified drones were reported over the Irish Sea around his arrival time, prompting an inquiry by the Garda Siochana’s Special Detective Unit in collaboration with defense forces and international security partners. The Russian ambassador criticized the visit, asserting it aligns with Ireland’s pro-EU stance against Russia. Irish Taoiseach Micheal Martin defended the visit, condemning Russia’s actions in Ukraine.
