Joshua Jahn, 29, opened fire on a Dallas ICE office, intending to target agents, resulting in one detainee’s death and two injuries; he later died from a self-inflicted gunshot. Evidence of premeditation was found in his notes, expressing a desire to instill fear in ICE personnel, while officials noted he acted alone and had no links to specific groups.
