TSA to end shoes-off policy for airport security screening

The TSA is phasing out the long-standing requirement for airline passengers to remove their shoes during security checks, allowing many to keep their shoes on at major airports starting Sunday. This policy shift, aimed at improving efficiency, comes nearly 20 years after the mandate was implemented following the 2001 shoe bomb attempt.
